Client Write-ups
A "client write-up" is the terminology accountants use to describe the preparation of "compiled financial statements". Compiled simply means that the financial statements have not been audited or reviewed and all the information presented has been provided by the client or its management.
Once the information is received, we will reconcile your General Ledger Accounts to your bank and credit card statements to ensure all transactions have been accounted for. Then, we can discuss the results with you. This is also very important control procedure by having an indepentent party reconcile your company's accounts and review the results with management on a regular basis.
Frazier's Accounting & Tax Service, LLC always strives to provide the most accurate and complete set of financial statements for our clients. Because we totally rely on the data provided by our clients with NO testing procedures, WE DO NOT AND WILL NOT EXPRESS ANY ASSURANCE as to the accuracy of the information presented in the financial statement.
